Kansas kids need youDuring the school year, almost half of Kansas public school students qualify for free or reduced-price breakfasts and lunches. When the school year ends, those meals aren't available, and many children are at risk of missing out on the nutrition they would normally receive at school. The Summer Food Service Program was created to help kids have access to the nutrition they need to grow up strong and healthy. Let's work together increase summer meal sites and ensure all Kansas kids and families know where they can find a nutritious summer meal.
